Abstract:Objective To explore the value of energy spectrum CT virtual plain scan in the diagnosis of liver space occupying lesions.Methods From January 2018 to may 2019,the clinical data of 70 patients with suspected hepatic space occupying lesions in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Routine CT plain scan and energy spectrum CT virtual plain scan were performed.The differences of noise,X-ray absorbed dose and artifact between the two methods were compared.The specificity,sensitivity and accuracy of conventional and energy spectrum CT virtual plain scan in the diagnosis of liver space occupying lesions were analyzed.Results The noise of energy spectrum CT virtual plain scan technology was higher than that of the conventional plain scan,and the X-ray absorbed dose was lower than that of the conventional plain scan,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the artifacts,sensitivity and accuracy of the two inspection methods were similar,the differences was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the specificity of conventional plain scan and energy spectrum CT virtual plain scan in the diagnosis of hepatic spaceoccupying lesions was 100%.Conclusion The power spectrum CT virtual plain scan technology is similar to the conventional plain scan in the diagnosis of liver space occupying lesions in the degree of artifact and diagnostic efficiency.Although the noise is high,it can reduce the radiation dose to patients and replace the conventional plain scan,so as to improve the scanning safety.
