Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Internet-based joint clinical case teaching(CBL)in the urology graduate students.Methods From September 2014 to August 2019,48 postgraduates from Shengjing Hospital Affiliated to China Medical University were selected as the research objects.According to the training department,they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group adopted the problem based teaching mode(PBL),and the observation group adopted the two class teaching mode and CBL teaching mode,combined with WeChat group and WeChat official account mode teaching.At the end of the course,basic knowledge test,clinical basic skills operation test,case analysis test and teaching satisfaction were used to evaluate.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of basic knowledge test,clinical basic skills operation test and case analysis test in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the new teaching mode was more recognized.Conclusion In the graduate students of urology,the teaching mode based on WeChat software combined with CBL can effectively improve students'learning efficiency,stimulate learning autonomy,improve knowledge mastery.
