消化道手术患者中心静脉导管感染的特点及预防

目的探讨消化道手术患者中心静脉导管感染的特点及防护措施。方法回顾性分析2004年3月—2009年3月145例中心静脉置管的消化道手术患者的临床资料。结果145次中心静脉插管中有40次导管尖端培养阳性(27.6%),共培养出致病菌56株,其中革兰氏阴性菌(G-)28株,占50.0%;革兰氏阳性(G+)22株,占39.3%;真菌6株,占10.7%。多重导管感染6例,占15.0%。治愈39例,死亡1例。结论消化道手术患者中心静脉导管感染以革兰氏阴性菌最常见。全程规范静脉输液操作与护理,减少肠源性感染,合理使用抗菌素是防治关键。

Features and prevention of central venous catheter infection in patients undergoing digestive tract surgical procedures
