利湿祛瘀法治疗膝骨关节炎88例疗效观察

目的观察利湿祛瘀法治疗膝骨关节炎(KOA)的临床疗效。方法将176例KOA患者随机分为2组,治疗组88例应用利湿祛瘀法,自拟清痹汤口服治疗,对照组88例予布洛芬缓释胶囊(芬必得)口服治疗。2组均治疗4周后观察视觉模拟评分(VAS)、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学(WOMAC)骨关节炎指数可视化量表骨关节炎指数评分和临床疗效。结果 2组治疗后VAS、WOMAC骨关节指数评分均较本组治疗前降低(P0.05),治疗组治疗后VAS、WOMAC骨关节炎指数评分低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗组总有交效率93.2%,对照组总有效率86.4%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论利湿祛瘀法治疗KOA疗效肯定,能有效改善KOA症状,值得临床推广应用。

Effect of Chinese herbs of resolving stasis and removing damp - pathogen on osteoarthritis of the knee

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Chinese herbs of resolving stasis and removing damp-pathogen on osteoarthritis of the knee.Methods One hundred and seventy-six cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Each group contained eighty-eight cases.The patients in treatment group were treated by oral of Qingbi decoction for resolving stasis and removing damp-pathogen.While cases in the control group were treated with Ibuprofen capsules.Then the effects and the symptoms after treatment were observed by VAS and Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index（WOMAC）in each group.Results The total effective rate was 93.2% in the treatment group and 86.4% in the control group.The effect in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion Chinese herbs of resolving stasis and removing damp-pathogen are effective for treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
