| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨定位旋转提抖法对脊髓型颈椎病的治疗效果.方法 对64例脊髓型颈椎病患者采用以定位旋转提抖法为主的推拿手法治疗,分析治疗第5次、第10次以及末次日本骨科协会（JOA）评分各项指标的变化情况及改善率.结果 治疗前上肢运动功能、下肢运动功能、上肢感觉、下肢感觉、膀胱功能评分分别为（2.28 ±0.84）、（2.42±0.96）、（0.67±0.51）、（1.16±0.57）、（2.11±0.78）分,治疗第5次上述评分分别为（2.78±0.60、（2.97±0.67）、（1.16±0.51）、（1.45±0.53）、（2.52±0.53）分,治疗第10次上述评分分别为（3.44±0.74）、（3.60±0.64）、（1.68±0.47）、（1.86±0.35）、（2.94±0.25）分,治疗末次上述评分分别为（3.77±0.75）、（3.81±0.64）、（1.94±0.24）、（1.97±0.18）、（3.03±0.18）分.经过治疗后,治疗第5次与基线、第10次与第5次、末次与第10次5项功能评分比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P＜0.05）.治疗第5次优6例,良20例,可19例,差19例,第10次优44例,良9例,可4例,差7例,末次优56例,良5例,可1例,差2例.第5次、10次、末次治疗后,疗效改善率比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 定位旋转提抖法治疗脊髓型颈椎病效果良好.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical treatment efficacy of shaking method on rotating mention cervical myelopathy patients.Methods Totally 64 patients with rotating mention cervical myelopathy were treated using the rotary mention shaking method to locate based manipulation therapy.Japanese Orthopaedic Association （JOA） score was observed in the fifth,tenth and last score based on changes of circumstances.Results Before treatment,the scores of the upper limb movement function,lower limb motor function,upper limb feeling,lower limb feeling,trunk and bladder function were：（2.28 ± 0.84） scores,（2.42 ± 0.96） scores,（0.67 ± 0.51） scores,（1.16 ± 0.57） scores,（2.11 ± 0.78） scores respectively.After 5 sessions of treatment,the scores were （2.78 ± 0.60） scores,（2.97 ± 0.67） scores,（1.16 ± 0.51） scores,（1.45 ± 0.53） scores,（2.52 ± 0.53） scores respectively.After ten treatments,the scores were （3.44 ±0.74） scores,（3.60 ±0.64） scores,（1.68 ± 0.47） scores,（1.86 ± 0.35） scores,（2.94 ± 0.25） scores respectively.At the end of the treatment,the scores were （3.77 ± 0.75） scores,（3.81 ± 0.64） scores,（1.94 ± 0.24） scores,（1.97 ± 0.18） scores,（3.03 ± 0.18） scores respectively.The difference of efficacy rate at five,ten times and after last treatment had statistically differences （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Shaking method is effective in treatment of rotating mention cervical myelopathy. |
