骨松康合剂治疗骨质疏松症的药效学研究

目的 考察新药骨松康合剂的药理作用，为临床用于治疗骨质疏松症提供依据。方法 选择对雏甲酸和卵巢切除致动物骨质疏松模型来观察骨松康合剂的药理作用。结果 对抗维甲酸和卵巢切除致大鼠骨质疏松症，骨松康合剂能明显增加大鼠骨密度(线密度和面密度)、血清Ca含量和骨近侧端骨小粱密度和宽度。结论 骨松康合剂具有明显对抗维甲酸和卵巢切除致大鼠骨质疏松症的作用，可用于临床治疗骨质疏松症。

Pharmacodynamics of Gu songkang mixture in the treatment of osteoporosis

Objective To study the pharmacological action of the new medicine Gu songkang mixture and provide clinical basis for treatment of osteoporosis. Methods Mice with osteoporosis caused by Tretinoin and ovariectomy were applied to Gu songkang mixture, and then the pharmacological action of Gu songkang mixture wa s observed. Results The bone mineral density( the linear and surface density), level of serum calciu m ion, the density and width at the proximal end of the bone trabecula in the mi ce with osteoporosis caused by Tretinoin and ovariectomy were significantly incr eased by Gu Songkang mixture. Conclusions Gu songkang mixture has such a action that it can treat the osteoporosis caused by Tretinoin and ovariectomy, so it may be used for patients with osteoporosis c linic.
