| 摘 要： | 目的观察缬沙坦在充血性心力衰竭中的治疗作用。方法60例充血性心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组30例和对照组30例。对照组应用洋地黄及利尿剂，观察组在此基础上加用结沙坦。治疗前后采用多普勒超声心动图测定心功能。结果治疗后观察组左室舒张期末内径显著低于对照组；左室射血分数显著高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论在常规药物洋地黄及利尿剂的基础上加用缬沙坦治疗慢性心力衰竭有效，可以改善心脏功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To observation the effect of valsartan in the treatment of congestive heart failure(CHF).Methods 60 patients with congestive heart failure were divided randomly into two groups,one was control group treated with digoxin and diuretic,and another was observation group treated with valsartan on rhe basis of above regular treatment.All the patients were measured the heart function by echocardiography before and after the treatment.Results After valsartan treatment,LVEDD were smaller than that in control group,LVEF was higher than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Valsartan medication is a effective method in the treatment of chronic heart failure on the basis of above regular treatment,can improve the heart function. |
