| Abstract: | In order to let nursing staff with long past service to adapt to the personnel system reform of medical health in China, it analyzed the status quo of nursing staff at present stage. It put forward some corresponding strategies and enhanced the ability of nursing staff with long past service to face the challenge and promoted the social development as well. |
