汕头大学硕士研究生自我和谐状况及其与主观幸福感的相关

目的探讨硕士研究生的自我和谐状况及其与主观幸福感的相关。方法采用SCCS和GWB量表测量法,辅以个别访谈法,对广东汕头大学150名在读硕士研究生施测。结果1自我和谐在学科上差异显著,尤其表现在刻板性分量表上;性别差异只存在自我灵活上;年级、婚姻状况以及学生来源都不显著。与大学生相比,在读硕士研究生自我和谐显著优于大学生;2高自我和谐组与低自我和谐组的主观幸福感存在显著差异;3自我与经验的不和谐与幸福感总分、精力、生活满足与兴趣、愉快（忧郁）心境、情感行为控制和松弛紧张两两显著负相关。自我和谐总分与幸福感总分、精力、愉快（忧郁）心境、情感行为控制和松弛紧张两两显著负相关。自我灵活性与精力、情感行为控制两两显著正相关。结论广东汕头大学硕士研究生自我和谐基本良好,但需关注理科生;自我和谐与主观幸福感存在一定相关关系。

The Survey of Shantou University on Post-graduate Students' Self Consistency Congruence Status and Correlation between SCC and SWB

Objective To discuss the correlation between SCC and SWB of the post-graduate students.Methods Using scale measurement supplemented by individual interviews,to survey 150 postgraduates in Reading of Shantou University in Guangdong.Results ①SCCS discrepancy on subject was distinct,particularly on stereotypical sub-scales;gender difference existed only on the self-flexibility;differences on grade,marital status,as well as family sources were not obvious.Post-graduate students＇ SCC was quite good,and difference was distinct compared with college students in the norm;②significant difference presented between high SCC and low SCC on the SWB;③Significant negative correlations showed between the scale of Self and experience disharmony and the SWB,also fits its subscales,basically.Significant positive correlations exited between the scale of self-flexible and the SWB,also its scales such as energy,emotional behavioral control.Conclusion Post-graduates of Guangdong＇s Shantou University were good in self-harmony,but science students require to be paid attention.There is a certain correlation between SCC and SWB.
