糖尿病足血清超敏C-反应蛋白和白细胞介素-2受体的动态变化

摘    要:目的探讨糖尿病足(DF)患者综合治疗过程中血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和可溶性白细胞介素-2受体(sIL-2R)的动态变化。方法动态检测了37例糖尿病足患者的血清hs-CRP和sIL-2R,并和非糖尿病足的2型糖尿病患者相比较。结果 DF组首诊即时,治疗7d、14d的血清hs-CRP和sIL-2R水平较非DF组明显升高(P<0.05);有效治疗28d、3个月以及6个月后,DF组血清hs-CRP和sIL-2R和非DF组相比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。经Sperman分析,DF组和非DF糖尿病组sIL-2R和hs-CRP水平呈正相关(r=0.84,P<0.05)。结论血清hs-CRP和sIL-2R可以作为评价糖尿病足的炎症水平预后指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the dynamic variation of high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and soluble interleukin-2 receptor(sIL-2R) during the combined therapy of diabetic foot(DF).Methods 37 cases(44 feet) of DF were dynamically detected for serum hs-CRP and sIL-2R and compared with the patients of diabetes mellitus without DF(control).Results By t-test of independent sampler,the levels of hs-CRP and sIL-2R immediately after dignosis,on 7,14 d after treatment in the DF group were significantly higher than those in the non-DF group(P0.05).The levels of hs-CRP and sIL-2R on 28 d,3 months and 6 months after effective treatment showed no statistical difference compared with the non-DF group(P0.05).By Spearman test,there was positive correlation in hs-CRP and sIL-2R between the DF group and non-DF group(P0.05).Conclusion The level of hs-CRP and sIL-2R can act as the prognostic indicator to appraise the severity of inflammation of DF.
