| 摘 要： | 目的探讨股骨远端后髁冠状面骨折的临床特点和治疗方法。方法对13例股骨远端后髁冠状面骨折患者采用切开复位螺钉内固定术治疗。结果 13例均获随访,时间12～28个月。骨折均愈合,时间4～10个月。关节活动度100°～125°。功能恢复按照Letenneur et al方法进行评价:优7例,良2例,可4例。结论对于股骨远端后髁冠状面骨折积极行手术治疗,有利于恢复股骨髁的解剖结构和关节面的完整性和平整性,有利于膝关节早期功能锻炼,避免关节僵硬。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics and treatment of the coronal plane fracture of the distal end of the femur(Hoffa′s fracture).Methods 13 cases undergone surgical treatment,which involved open reduction and screw internal fixation.Results 13 patients with Hoffa′s fracture were followed up for 12～28 months.Fracture healing time was 4～10 months.The range of motion was 100~125 degree.According to Letenneur et al standard,the results were excellent in 7 cases,good in 2 and fair in 4.Conclusions Operation treatment to the coronal plane fracture of the distal femur in favour of integrity and smoothness of the femoral condyle allow early knee joint functional exercise to avoid ankylosis. |
