肺结核合并肺部感染病原菌分布及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的 探讨肺结核患者合并感染病原菌分布以及常规抗生素的药物敏感性.方法 对2009年~ 2010年住院肺结核合并肺部感染患者痰液标本分离培养出的病原菌及耐药情况.结果 共分离培养出病原菌151株,其中革兰阴性杆菌100株;革兰阳性球菌10株;真菌41株;细菌同时合并真菌感染的患者有15例.病原菌的分布依次是:念珠菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、不动杆菌、大肠埃希氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、聚团肠杆菌、产酸克雷伯、金黄色葡萄球菌、产气肠杆菌,且对常用抗生素耐药率均较高.结论 为降低结核病合并肺部感染病原菌的耐药率,应该以微生物鉴定和药敏试验结果为依据,合理选择抗生素,降低结核病合并感染病原菌耐药率,使结核病人能做到全程抗结核治疗.

Abstract:Objective To study the distribution and drug-resistance of the pathogens in the tuberculosis sufferers who merger infection breath way bacteria.Method The pathogens analysis and the drug sensitivity test were done for the Sputum specimens from the tuberculosis sufferers from 2009 to 2010 year in hospital.Result The 151 strain pathogens were found.Among them 100(66.23%) strains were Gram-negative bacterias.The number of Gram-positive organisms were 10(6.62%).Fungi of 41 strains,accounted for 27.15%.15 cases of bacteria at the same time complicated with fungal infection in patients.Among them,from high to low,the pathogens in turn were:Klebsiella pneumoniae,Acinetobacter,Escherichiacoli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Enterobacter agglomerans,Klebsiella oxytoca,Staphylococcus aureus,Enterobacter aerogenes.Most of pathogens resistanted to the common antibiotic.Conclusion The antibiotics should be used reasonably based on the results of drug sensitivity test,which can reduce the development of drug-resistant strains.that can do the whole anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy.
