摘    要:目的探讨情景缺陷教学法在重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)专科技能培训中的应用效果。方法选取2011年1—6月天津市武警医学院附属医院201名ICU护士为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(N=102人)和对照组(N=99人)。对两组护理人员进行5项专科技能的培训,对照组采用传统培训模式即教师授课、自行训练相结合;观察组在此基础上采取情景缺陷教学法进行培训。培训结束后对两组护士理论知识得分、操作技能得分、急救能力等3个方面进行对比分析。结果两组护士在理论知识得分、操作技能得分、急救能力上得分的差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论情景缺陷教学法能提高ICU护士的理论和操作技能水平,提高其急救能力。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of scene defect teaching in the special techniques training in ICU. Methods From January to June 2011,201 nurses in ICU were randomly divided into control group (N= 102) and experimental group(N=99). All the nurses were trained with 5 special techniques. The traditional training model was adopted in the control group, includes lessons and anthropomorphic training. The scene defect teaching model was adopted in the experimental group. The data on the theory knowledge score, operation skill score, and rescue abilities were compared after training. Results There were significant differences in theory knowledge score, operation skill score, and rescue abilities, the head nurse to nurse evaluation,the doctor-nurse evaluation(P〈0.05). Conclusion The scene defect teaching model can enhance the theory knowledge and the operation skill as well as their rescue abilities.
