颈髓损伤呼吸并发症治疗的进展

随着现代化程度的提高交通及建筑业的飞速发展,颈髓损伤的发生率呈逐年上升的趋势,尤其是交通事故造成颈髓损伤比例在增加.颈髓损伤往往伴随呼吸功能的损伤.除现场死亡外约有55%的患者发生全瘫或者不全瘫,丧失了自主呼吸或丧失部分呼吸,须要长期的卧床.给家庭带来了护理和经济上的双重压力.因此为了提高颈髓损伤患者的生存质量,降低死亡率,本文对国内外医务工作者关于颈髓损伤呼吸并发症的治疗科研课题作一综述.

The Progress of Respiratory Complications Treatment Caused by Spinal Cord Injury

Along with the improving level of modernization and the rapid development of transportation and construction industry,the incidence of spinal cord injury has been increasing year by year,especially the proportion of the spinal cord injury caused by traffic accidents.Damage of respiratory function usually accompanied spinal cord injury.Apart from those died on the spot,about 55% of the patients got paralyzed with the loss of the function of spontaneous breathing,needing long-term rest in bed,thus imposing care and economic pressure on the family.This paper summarizes the scientific researches of the treatment of respiratory complications accompanying spinal cord injury to improve the living standard of the patients with spinal cord injury and to reduce the death rate.
