老年吸入性肺炎的临床特点和防治对策

目的 探讨老年吸入性肺炎的临床特点以及防治对策.方法 收集2004年3月～ 2009年5月老年吸入性肺炎住院患者56例,分析临床和病原学的特点.结果 老年吸入性肺炎患者56例,死亡15例,好转41例.结论防治老年吸入性肺炎应根据病原学进行有效抗菌治疗.

The Clinical Feature and Prevention and Cure Strategy of Aspiration pneumonia of Senile Patients

Objective To investigate the clinical features and prevention and cure strategy of aged patients inhalation pneumonia.Methods Totally 56 cases of aspiration pneumonia during from March 2004 to May 2009 were collected and analyzed clinical and etiological features and strategy of prevention and cure.Results There were underlying diseases and susceptible factors,and it was not typical in their clinical signs and symptoms,mainly Gram-negative bacilli or polyinfections.with chronic characteristics and the higher rate of drug fast and mortality.Conclusions The prevention and cure strategy of aged aspiration pneumonia was to aim directly at high-risk group,to adopt energetic measures,make rational use of antibiotic based on pathogens isolated from sputa.
