血清尿酸与AECOPD相关性分析

目的 探讨血清尿酸(UA)与COPD急性加重期(AECOPD)的关系及与COPD严重度关系,并探讨其临床意义.方法 AECOPD组80例.根据AECOPD患者治疗后肺功能分为COPD Ⅰ级组(n=10),COPDⅡ级组(n=15),COPDⅢ级组(n=29),COPDⅣ级组(n=26).健康老年组75例为对照组,分别监测血清尿酸,并计算高尿酸血症(HUA)检出率.结果 AECOPD组血尿酸显著高于健康老年对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义,(P＜0.05).COPD分级越重,其血清尿酸水平及高尿酸血症检出率越高,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 AECOPD组血尿酸水平与HUA检出率均高于健康老年对照组,且血清尿酸水平及高尿酸血症检出率与COPD严重程度呈正相关,可作为病情监测的指标之一.

Correlation analysis of the serum uric level and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with acute exacerbation

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum uric acid(UA) and COPD with acute exacerbation,and to explore the clinical significance of serum UA.Methods COPD with acute exacerbation(AECOPD) group was 80 patients.AECOPD patients after treatment according to lung function were divided into COPD I-level group(n=10),COPDII-level group(n=15),COPD Ⅲ level group(n=29) and COPD Ⅳ level group(n=26),while healthy elderly group of 75 patients as a control group.Serum uric acid was monitored and hyperuricemia(hyperurcemia,HUA) detection rate was calculated.Results AECOPD group of serum uric acid was significantly higher than healthy elderly control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The higher grade,the higher level in serum UA and the higher HUA detection rate,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum uric acid level and HUA detection rate in AECOPD group higher were than those in the control group,and the serum uric acid level and HUA detection rate were positively correlated with the severity of COPD,which can be used as a monitoring index of disease.
