| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨复合南瓜饮料的利尿作用.方法]用高压压榨法及酶法制备南瓜汁,用浸泡提取法制备中草药提取液,以适宜的比例混合两者制成复合南瓜饮料.进行小鼠利尿试验.结果]灌胃给予50mL/kg复合南瓜饮料小鼠的3h排尿量明显多于对照组.结论]复合南瓜饮料具有利尿作用.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVETo study the the diuretic effects of complex Cucurbita beverage.METHODSThe Cucurbita juice were (prepared) by the hyperbaric expression and the method of enzyme, and the extract of (Chinese) herbal medicine were (prepared) by extraction method, and the complex Cucurbita beverage were (prepared) from those mixed with adequate ratio. The beverage was used to experiment of diuresis of mice.(RESULTS)After being gived the 50mL/kg (complex) (Cucurbita) beverage, the amount of urine after 3 hours were more than that of control group.CONCLUSIONThe complex Cucurbita beverage have the diuretic function. |
