摘    要:目的探讨续断种子方(健脾益肾法)对大鼠睾丸生精作用及其对超微病理学的影响。方法制备奥硝唑所致的可逆性生精障碍大鼠模型,观察续断种子方对大鼠附睾超微病理学的影响。结果①与正常组相比,模型组精子密度与活动率均明显低于正常组(P<0.05);与模型组相比,左卡尼汀口服溶液组、续断种子方组精子密度与活动率明显高于模型组(P<0.05);续断种子方组精子密度与活动率都比左卡尼汀口服溶液组高(P<0.05)。②模型组附睾管壁变薄,管腔内精子明显减少,不能充满管腔,排列紊乱,附睾管腔间间隙增大;续断种子方组及左卡尼汀口服溶液组附睾管壁较厚,精子充满管腔,排列较为规则,呈团簇样,管腔间隙较紧密,均与正常组类似。结论续断种子方能拮抗并修复奥硝唑对大鼠睾丸附睾的超微结构损伤,维持了正常的生精功能。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of Xu Duan Zhong Zi Fang(invigorating spleen and kidney) on spermatogenic function of testes and ultrastructure changes in rats.Methods The omidazole-induced reversible dyszoospermin rat models were made.The effect of Xu Duan Zhong Zi Fang on ultrastructure pathological changes in rat testes were observed.Results ①Compared with normal control group,the model group in sperm density and mobility were lower(P<0.05);compared with model group,the oral L-carnitine and Xu Duan Zhong Zi Fang groups were recorded with elevated sperm density and motility(P<0.05).The Xu Duan Zhong Zi Fang group in sperm density and motility were higher than oral L-carnitine group(P<0.05).②In model group,epididymal duct wall became thinner,less spermatozoa with disorder arrangement could not filled lumen,epididymal lumen gap became larger.In oral L-carnitine and Xu Duan Zhong Zi Fang groups,epididymal duct wall were thicker and cluster spermatozoa with regular arrangement filled lumen,the lumen gap was dense,of which were similar with normal control group.Conclusion Xu Duan Zhong Zi Fang is potential for antagonism and repairing ultrastructure impairment induced by omidazole in rat testes and epididymis,of which maintains the normal spermatogenic function.
