艳山姜果实提取液对实验动物胃肠动力的促进作用研究

摘    要:目的探讨艳山姜果实提取液(Alpinia zerumbet fruit extract,Afex)对实验动物胃肠运动的影响并探讨其可能的作用机制。方法灌胃给药(剂量2、4、8g/kg)后,测定小鼠甲基橙胃残留率、小肠墨汁推进百分率;RM6240生物信号采集处理系统检测大鼠胃及十二指肠电活动。结果与阴性对照组相比,艳山姜果实提取液在2~8g/kg时可使甲基橙胃残留率明显减少,小肠墨汁推进百分率明显增加,并呈剂量依赖性;大鼠胃及十二指肠电活动的慢波频率和振幅明显增加。结论艳山姜果实提取液有促进实验动物胃肠运动,该作用的发挥可能与其促进胃十二指肠电活动有关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effects of Alpinia zerumbet fruit extract(Afex) on gastrointestinal motility in experimental animals and to analyze its possible mechanism.Methods After the rats were intragastrically administrated with doses of 2,4,8 g/kg Afex,respectively,the residual rate of methylorange in stomach and the small intestinal ink propulsion percentage were measured.The gastrointestinal electric activity was recorded by RM6240 biological signal collecting system.Results Compared with control group,the Afex at 2~8g/kg could significantly reduce the ratio of residual rate of methylorange in stomach(P<0.05),and also strikingly improve the rats small intestinal ink propulsion percentage(P<0.05) with dose-dependent.The amplitude and low frequency of electric activity in rat stomach and duodenum were enhanced significantly.Conclusion The extract of Alpinia zerumbet fruit can benefit for gastrointestinal motility.And this potency may be associated with its enhancement of gastrointestinal electric activity.
