摘    要:目的确定某电冶企业项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果。方法职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析法、定量分级法。结果该项目总体布局、生产工艺、设备布置、建筑卫生学、职业病防护设施、个人使用的职业病防护用品、辅助用室、应急救援、职业卫生管理基本符合卫生要求。对主要职业病危害因素、照度、微小气候进行检测,镍、铅(尘)、氨、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化氮、三氧化硫、硫酸、氢氧化钠检测结果未超过职业接触限值,其余超限值率为:铅(烟)12.5%,二氧化硫10.5%,粉尘11.1%,高温22.2%,噪声22.2%,照度100%,微小气候42.8%。结论该项目为职业病危害严重的建设项目,采取的综合治理措施,基本能满足职业病危害的防护要求。

Abstract:Objective To determine the occupational hazard of a project in electric smelting enterprise, analyze the hazardous degrees and evaluate the protective measures and control effect. Methods Field survey of occu-pational health, occupational health detection, occupational health examination, checklist analysis and quanti-tstive classification were conducted. Results The project met the hygienic requirements in general layout, pro-duction technology, equipment arrangement, architectural health, occupational protective facilities, personal occupational protective articles, auxiliary rooms, emergency rescue and occupational health administration. The tests on major occupational hazard factors, illumination intensity and microclimate indicated that none of the detection results of nickel, lead (dust), ammonia gas, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, nitrogen diox-ide, sulfur trioxide, suffuric acid and sodium hydroxide exceeded the occupational exposure limit, while the exposure limit exceeding rates of lead (smoke), sulfur dioxide, dust, high temperature, noise, illumination intensity and microclimate were 12. 5%, 10. 5%, 11.1%, 22. 2%, 22. 2%, 100% and 42. 8% respective-ly. Conclusion The project has severe occupational hazards, but the comprehensive control measures can sub-stantially meet the protective requirements.
