| 摘 要： | 采用光镜三级与电镜四级防机取样，恒定部位摄像，并运用正方格测试系统点计数法和计算机处理数据及参数校正，对家兔膜性肾小球肾炎的肾小球、肾小球基底膜厚度以及上皮下电子致密沉积物进行了光镜与电镜图像的立体学定量分析．

| Abstract: | In this article,the 3 grade random sampling of LM and the 4 grade random sampling of EMwere adopted. The samples were photographed at the constant sites. Using the point counting methed ofequare gtid and the computer to treat original data and to correct perameters,we intreduced the stereo1ogi-cal quantitative analytic methed on LM and EM images of the subepithelial electro-dense dePosits, thethickness of GBM and the glomeruli of membranous glomerulonephritis in rabbits. |
