| 摘 要： | 以无创性肺阻抗血流图（IPR）主要参数及由此推出的肺动脉压（PAMP）和右心室收缩时间间期（RSTI）各参数作为观察指标，观察20例健康人及40例慢性肺心病缓解期病人的PAMP及右心功能状态。结果表明：慢性肺心病缓解期病人的肺动脉高压及石心功能损害程度的中医辨证分型以心气虚型为最明显，以下依次为兼碑座湿痰型和偏阴应证型，为慢性肺心病的中医辨证分型提供了一定的客观指标。并对其机理进行了探讨。

| Abstract: | The major parameters of impedance pulmonary rheogram (IPR) were determined by non-invas-sive techniques, from which the pulmonary arterial mean pressure (PAMP) and right systolic time in-terval (RSTI) were calculated in 20 normal subjects and 40 patients with chronic cor pulmonale(CCP) in remisson phase- The results indicated that there exists serious PAH and right heart disfunc-tinn in CCP with the type of insufficiency of cardiac qi. The patients with the type of deficiency of qiof tbe spleen with damp-phlegm is less serious, and the type for deficency of Yin is much less. TheseParameters may be used as the foundation of syndrome differentiation in TCM. The reason for this isalso discussed. |
