生脉注射液抗垂体后叶素引起的心肌缺血所致心律失常的动态研究

摘    要:用生理条件下在体记录家兔心外膜心肌单相动作电位技术,动态研究生脉注射液抗心肌缺血所致心律失常的作用。结果表明,生脉注射液具有增加心肌单相动作电位的振幅和O相去极化速率以及减轻由垂体后叶素所致的心肌缺血后的电生理改变程度的作用。增加心肌兴奋的传导性和活动的同步性作用随给药时间的延长而增强,进而使心脏的电稳定性增高,阻止在心肌缺血基础上的折返运动形成,避免了室性快速性心律失常的发生。

Abstract:The dynamic study on the effect of Seng Mai (SM) injection resisting the arrhythmiascaused by myocardial ischemia was performed with the technique for recording monophasic action po-tential (MAP) of the epicardial myocardium under physiological condition in rabbit in Situ. The re-sults indicate that this injection had the effects of increasing the amplitude of MAP and the depolariza-tion velocity of the zero phase and medifying the extent of the changes in the electrophysiology aftermyocardial ischemia induced by pituitrin. The effects of accelerating the conductivity of the myocar-dial excitation and increasing the sgnchronous activity of the heart were strengthened along with the e-longation SM enhanced the electrical stability of the heart and avoided forming re-entrant in the is-chemic myocardium. Thus it prevents the ventricular tachyarrhythmias from occurring.
