肿立消口服液药效学实验研究

采用大剂量肿立消口服液在大鼠和家兔身上作实验与双氢克尿噻比较，发现该药消去水肿的作用与正常剂量的双氢克尿噻相似．对尿液进行生物化学分析表明，肿立消口服液还有保K＋排Na＋、Cl-的作用，双红克尿噻既然Na＋、Cl-还排K＋．此外，肿立消口服液还有保护肾脏功能，增强心肌收缩力，增加心输出量的作用，而双氢克尿噻未显示以上作用．因此我们认为肿立消口服液是治疗心性和肾性水肿较好的药物．

PHARMACODYNAMIC EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON ZHOUNLIXIAO KOUFUYE

Edema,a common and dinical complication, can be induced by various causes. Theprinciple of its treatment is to adjust the patient's cardiac and renal functions and water-electrolytemetaboIism. High dose of zhong lixiao Koufu ye (oral soIution of instant detumescence) was adminis-tered in the experiment Qn rats and rabbist,the effects of reducing the edema by high dose of zhonglixiao koufuye were comparable to those of dihydrochlorothiazide in normal dose,And the biochemicalanaIysis on Urine showed that zhonglixiao koufuye has the effects of preserving K and eIiminatingNa Cl-, while dihydrocholorthiazide eliminates not only Na Cl-, but also K . Besides, Zhongliziaokoufuye has the effects of protecting remal function,strentgthening myocardial contractive power andincreasing cardiac output,which diydrochlorthiazide was not possesed of. Therefore, It is believed thatZhonglixiao koufuye is a better medicine in treating cardiac and nephrogenic edema.
