摘    要:目的 :观察侧脑室内注射 ( icv) BGN 对正常和应激性高血压 ( stress- inducedhypertension,SIH)大鼠心血管活动的影响。方法 :将 BGN及荷包牡丹碱 ( Bic)注入正常和应激性高血压大鼠的侧脑室 ,观察血压和心率的变化。结果 :icv BGN或 Bic,正常鼠和 SIH大鼠血压均降低或升高 ,SIH鼠较正常鼠血压变化更显著 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,但对心率无明显影响。予先 icv Bic可阻断BGN的降压反应。结论 :BGN在一定的剂量范围内具有降低大鼠动脉血压的作用 ;BGN的中枢降压效应是由脑中的 GABAA 受体介导的 ;中枢神经系统内的 BGN在大鼠应激性高血压形成中起一定的抑制作用

Effect of Intracerebroventricular Injection of BGN on the Cardiovascular Response in Stress-Induced Hypertension Rats
Abstract:Objective:To investigate cardiovascular responses to BGN injected into intracerebroventricle(icv) in normal and stress induced hypertension (SIH) rats. Methods:Arterial blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR) were monitored following injection of BGN into the lateral cerebral ventricle in normal and SIH rats. Results:icv of BGN or Bicuculline(Bic) could either induced a decrease or a increase of BP in normal and SIH rats,respectively. The effects of BGN and Bic on blood pressure in SIH rats were significantly greater than that in the normal rats ( P <0.05), but no significant differences on heart rate ( P >0.05). The decrease by icv BGN could be apparently blocked by icv Bic. Conclusion: BP of rats was decreased by icv BGN in a certain concentration; BP of rats was suppressed by BGN, which was mediated by the BABA receptor in the brain; BGN in brain may play an inhibitory role in SIH rats.
