肝硬化患者红细胞和血小板参数的变化及临床意义

目的观察肝硬化患者红细胞和血小板参数变化,探讨其临床意义。方法检测35例肝硬化患者(肝硬化组)红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白含量(HB)、红细胞比积(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、红细胞体积分布宽度(RDW)、血小板计数(PLT)、血小板压积(PCT)、平均血小板体积(PCV)、血小板分体积分布宽度(PDW),并与35例健康者(对照组)进行比较。结果与对照组比较,肝硬化组的RBC、HCT、HB、PLT、PCT均显著下降(P<0.05),MCV、RDW、MPV、PDW显著升高(P<0.05,P<0.01),并且随着Ch ild-Pugh积分的增加,红细胞参数的异常程度逐渐加重(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论肝硬化患者存在红细胞和血小板异常,红细胞和血小板参数可以反映肝病的肝损程度和病情轻重。

Clinical significance and changes of red blood cell parameters and platelet parameters in patients with hepatic cirrhosis

Objective To observe the changes of red blood cell parameters and platelet parameters in patients with hepatic cirrhosis.Methods The red blood cell parameters:red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(HB),hematocrit(HCT),mean cell volume(MCV),red cell distribution width(RDW),and platelet parameters:platelet(PLT),packed cell volume(PCT),mean platelet volume(MPV),and platelet distribution width(PDW) of 35 cases of hepatic cirrhosis(the study group) and 35 healthy people(the control group) were examined and analyzed by t test.Results Compared with the control group,RBC,HB,HCT,PLT,and PCT of the study group descended evidently(P<0.05),and MCV,RDW,MPV,PDW increased significantly.With the increases of the Child-Pugh integrate,the anmormality of the red blood parameters aggravated gradually(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion There is abnormality of red blood cell parameters and platelet parameters in patients with hepatic cirrhosis,some red blood cell parameters and some platelet parameters may reflect the pathogenetic condition and damage degree of liver disease.
