| 摘 要： | 采用红细胞酵母菌花结试验检测了３２例带状疱疹患者的红细胞免疫粘附活性。结果显示：疾病组红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率（７．７６±１．７６％）较对照组（９．４６±ｌ．７３％）明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），而红细胞免疫复合物花环率（９．９２±１．９９％）较对照组（４．７１±２．２８％）明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

| Abstract: | By using the yeast-rosette test,erythrocytes from 32 patients with herpes zoster were tested for detection of red-cell immune adherence(RCTA)activity.The results showed that the C3b receptor rosette forming rate in patients was sigmificantly lower than that in the controls(P<0.01),but the IC rosette forming rate in patients was significantly higher than that in the controls(P<0.01). |
