| 摘 要： | 本文总结我院近年来以吡喹酮治疗血吸虫病1761例的心电图前后对照观察,并以不同疗程(2d,1d,1次疗法)与不同剂量(总量分别为60mg/kg和40mg/g计算)分3组加以比较。发现在疗效相仿前提下,以总量40mg/kg,1d疗法心电图改变最少,安全度大,值得推广应用于门诊治疗慢性血吸虫病。同时,对吡喹酮诱发过早搏动的机理、剂量及服法略加讨论。

| Abstract: | Praziquantel was given orally to 1761 patients of schistosomiasis as sole remedy: 1530 patients in Group A received 10 mg/kg tid for 2 d, 120 patients in Group B 13.3 mg/kg tid for 1 d, while 111 patients in Group C 40 mg/kg as a single dose.The results revealed that patients of Group B had the least extrasystole evoked and the least changes in ECG.lt is therefore suggested that for the outpatients the most suitable dose is 40mg/kg divided into 3 portions taken within one day. |
