直肠癌术后盆腔内复发治疗分析

目的探讨直肠癌根治式手术后盆腔内复发的原因、形式及时间;总结诊疗手段的有效性及再次手术的疗效。方法胃肠专业组医师进行手术操作,并对按标准作定期随访的病人进行总结分析。诊断方式及检查方法亦统一,资料来源局限于本院。结果盆腔内复发与手术切除肠段长度是否足够,肿瘤的生物学特性,即分化程度、浸润深度、病理分期,患者的年龄,手术对淋巴的根治清扫程度和手术操作的熟练程度相关。结论对直肠癌盆腔内复发者积极的手术治疗是有意义的,能够达到再次根治的目的,或起到缓解症状、延长生命的疗效。

Treatment of Pelvic Recurrence from Rectal Carcinomas after Operation

Objective To investigate the causes,recurrence time and clinical situation of pelvic recurrence from rectal carcinomas after radical resection and to evaluated the effect of re-operation.Methods All patients in this study were followed up.The age of patients,resection length,stage of tumor,number of resected lymph nodes and the survival rate after re-operation were recorded.The data of the patients were analyzed.Results Pelvic recurrence was relative to the following indexes: Resection length of intestines,biological features of tumor(degree of differentiation,depth of infiltration,pathological stage),the age of patient,the cleaning of lymph nodes and operator's skill.Conclusions Re-operation is an effective for pelvic recurrence from rectal carcinomas.
