| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道等离子体双极电切治疗膀胱肿瘤的安全性与有效性。方法用经尿道等离子体双极电切膀胱肿瘤27例,肿瘤分级Ⅰ级7例,Ⅱ级14例,Ⅲ级6例。结果27例膀胱肿瘤1次切除,手术时间15~65min,平均30min。1例发生膀胱穿孔。结论经尿道等离子体双极电切治疗膀胱肿瘤安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the efficacy and safety of Transurethral resection of bladder tumors using plasmakinetic technique.Methods Twenty-seven patients with bladder tumors were treated by plasmakinetic technique.Seven cases were gradeⅠ,14 cases were grade Ⅱ and 6 cases were grade Ⅲ.Results Twenty-seven cases of bladder tumor was resected once for 27 cases.Operative time was 15～65 min(mean 30 min).Bladder perforation occurred in one case.Conclusion Transurethral bipolar plasmakinetic resection of bladder tumor is effective and safe. |
