吡格列酮在糖耐量减低合并不稳定型心绞痛中的应用

目的:探讨吡格列酮对糖耐量减低(IGT)合并不稳定型心绞痛的治疗效果。方法:50例IGT合并不稳定型心绞痛住院患者随机分为两组,每组25例。对照组常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用盐酸吡格列酮15mg,1次/d,共治疗12w。以100g馒头餐试验评估β细胞功能。结果:12w后治疗组心绞痛发作次数、持续时间较对照组显著减少(P0.05),稳态模型胰岛素抵抗指数、血清高敏C反应蛋白低于对照组(P0.05)。结论:盐酸吡格列酮可缓解IGT合并不稳定型心绞痛患者的症状,其机制可能与改善胰岛素抵抗,减少炎症因子有关。

Effects of Pioglitazone in Curing Impaired Glucose Tolerance with Unstable Angina

Objective：To observe the effects of pioglitone in curing impaired glucose tolerance （IGT）with unstable angina （UA）. Methods：50 cases IGT with UA were randomly divided into 2 groups,the control group was treated by normal treatment,the treatment group was treated by normal treatment combined with pioglitazone（15 mg/qd）for successive 12 weeks. The 100 g carbohydrate（steamd bread）challeng of insulin releasing test was performed to evaluate 13 cell function. Rusults： 12 weeks later,the times and duration of angina pectoris attacks in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）. Compared with those of control group, the levels of Homastasis Model Assessment Score for Insulin Resistant（HOMA-IR）and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）in treatment group were significantly shortened（P〈 0.05）. Conclusions：The mechanism of piog litazone to release the symptoms of IGT with UA may be associated with its reducing of insulin-resistant and inflammatory factors.
