联合疗法治疗缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞的临床研究

摘    要:目的分析激光光凝与丹参通脉口服液联合治疗缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞的效果。方法将内蒙古自治区人民医院于2011年5月至2011年11月收治的136例缺血型视网膜中央静脉阻塞疾病的患者按照随机数字表法分为两组,激光治疗的对照组68例,激光光凝联合丹参通脉口服液的治疗组68例,对比两组的治疗效果。结果根据治疗效果评价标准,对照组和治疗组的总有效率分别为33.82%、73.53%,两组的治疗疗效比较差异有统计学意义(u=3.792,P<0.05);且对照组共有3例(4.41%)患者轻度腹痛、恶心,治疗组有2例(2.94%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=2.837,P<0.05)。结论联合治疗可提高激光光凝的治疗效果,减轻并发症发病率,值得临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To analyze laser photocoagulation combined with Danshen-tongmai oral liquid in treatment of ischemic central retinal vein occlusion effect.Methods From May 2011 to November 2011 136 cases of ischemic central retinal vein occlusion from were divided into two groups,the laser treatment group of 68 cases,and laser photocoagulation combined with Danshen-tongmaioral liquid treatment group of 68 cases,treatment effect of the two groups were compared.Results According to the therapeutic effect evaluation standard,the total effective rate of the control group and treatment group was 33.82%,73.53% respectively,the difference was statistically significant(u=3.792,P<0.05);there were 3 cases of mild abdominal pain,nausea in the control group making an incidence of 4.41%,while the corresponding number of the treatment group were 2,2.94%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=2.837,P<0.05).Conclusion The combined therapy may improve the laser photocoagulation treatment effect and reduce the incidence of complications,thus is worthy of promotion.
