| 摘 要： | 对150例颞颌关节紊乱综合征进行病因分析、分类诊断和治疗后,表明(牙合)治疗效果是显著的,对(牙合)因素检查、确定、治疗前须缓解肌肉痉挛。本组资料表明TMJD的器质性病变可用非手术治疗,有效率77％,用(牙合)松弛夹板及咀嚼肌支封闭治疗,近期有效率分别是85和83％。

| Abstract: | The etiology classification and treatment of temporomandibular joint dysfunction syndrome ( TMJD ) is analyzed.It is shown that the effect of occlusal therapy is noticeable.The muscle spasm of jaw must be relaxed before examination, diagnosis and treatment of occlusive factors. Furthermore, psychotherapy is also important. The result of treatment indicates that nonsurgical treatment may be chosen in the cases of organic lesion of TMJD.The effective rate is 77 percent.It is concluded that the recent therapeutic of masticatory muscle never blocking and occlusal splint relaxing are 85 percent and 83 percent, respectively. |
