| 摘 要： | 目的探讨新生儿窒息脐血一氧化氮(NO)及血糖变化的临床意义。方法对30例窒息新生儿脐血NO和血糖水平进行检测,并与32例正常新生儿比较。结果窒息组的脐血NO2-(43.74±13.20)μmol/L、血糖(5.63±1.20)mmol/L明显高于对照组脐血NO2-(27.28±9.52)μmol/L和血糖(3.65±0.79)mmol/L(P<0.01);重度窒息组脐血NO2-(60.17±9.93)μmol/L和血糖(7.25±0.54)mmol/L显著高于轻度窒息组(36.72±6.33)μmol/L和(4.93±0.53)mmol/L(P<0.01);NO和血糖水平呈显著正相关,而且脐血NO水平与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病密切相关。结论新生儿窒息脐血NO和血糖水平的测定具有重要临床意义。
