| 摘 要： | 内脏脂肪素(Visfatin)是新近发现的一种脂肪细胞因子,以前被称为前B细胞集落增强因子(PBEF)。近来许多研究发现,Visfatin具有类似胰岛素的生物效应,并能促进脂肪细胞的分化、抑制肝糖原的释放和促血管平滑肌细胞成熟。Visfatin水平与糖、脂代谢相关。对于Visfatin的深入研究或许可使其成为糖尿病及代谢综合征治疗的一个新靶点。

| Abstract: | Visfatin is a novel identified adipocytokine which was named as pre-B cell colony-enhancing factor(PEBF) before.Many studies have revealed its insulin-mimetic action.Visfatin can promote the differentiation of adipocytes,suppress the glucose release of hepatocytes,and accelerate the maturation of smooth muscle cells.Visfatin is related with the metabolism of glucose and lipid.Further studies on Visfatin may facilitate the treatment of diabetes mellitus and metabolic syndrome. |
