不典型盆腔包裹性积液超声误诊为附件囊肿17例分析

目的回顾性探讨不典型盆腔包裹性积液被误诊为附件囊肿的原因。方法对17例门诊超声诊断为盆腔附件囊肿的患者进行入院后超声复查,诊断为囊肿或不能确定囊肿来源者进行手术治疗,结合术后病理并与术前超声结果相比较,并总结其图像特征。结果1例复查穿刺证实为包裹性积液,其余16例经手术治疗后均证实为盆腔包裹性积液。结论不典型盆腔包裹性积液多有盆腔手术史或穿刺史,单靠超声图像容易误诊,需要超声检查者的经验及对疾病的综合认识才有助于疾病的鉴别诊断及进一步检查。

Atypical pelvic encapsulated fluid misdiagnosed as adnexal cysts by ultrasound examination: 17 cases report

Objective To analyse the causes of misdiagnosing of atypical pelvic encapsulated fluid as adnexal cysts by transvaginal ultrasound. Methods Seventeen cases sonography diagnosed adnexal cysts were reexamined and cases which diagnosed as adnexal cyst or uncertain underwent surgery. The pathological results and what were seen during operation were recorded. Results One case proved as pelvic encapsulated fluid after inpatient department reexamination. The rest 16 cases were proved to be pelvic encapsulated fluid by operation. Conclusion Most of atypical pelvic encapsulated fluid had pelvic operation history. The accuracy of ultrasound diagnosis depends not only on the characteristics of ultrasonic pictures, but also on the observers experience and the history and clinical symptoms and other examinations.
