| 摘 要： | 1,6-二磷酸果糖(FDP)为糖代谢过程重要的中间产物,能改善心肌能量代谢,还具有稳定细胞膜、减轻炎性反应、抑制氧自由基,降低细胞外Ca 2+浓度,抑制心律失常等作用,在动物实验和临床研究方面取得了良好的结果。本文对FDP对缺血保护机制和研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | FDP is an important intermediate product in celluar glycometabolism,which can stabilize cell membtane,reduce inflammatory reaction,inhibit oxygen free radical,lower ecto-concentration of ca2+,depress arrhythmia and so on besides improving energy metabolism.These effects have been testified well in animal experiment and clinical study.This article reviews the protective mechanism and study progress related to FDP for ischemia and hypoxia heart diseases. |
