延安医院内科18a住院死亡病例分析

为探讨我院１８ａ来内科疾病的死亡特点，提高临床治愈率，对常见疾病人群的防治提供参考，收集我院内科１８ａ的１８８３例住院死亡病历，统计各系统疾病的死亡例数、病死亡及死因顺位。结果显示：年病死率从１９８１年的９．６６％逐年下降至１９９８年的２．６６％，平均病死率为３．８７％。前５位的死因顺位在８０年代依次是心血管疾病、呼吸系疾病、恶性肿瘤、脑血管病、消化系疾病；而９０年代则依次为恶性肿瘤、心血管疾病、

Analysis of Death Case in Yanan Hospital's Internal Medicine in 18 Years' Period

To study death characteristic of internal medicine diseases in our hospital during 18 years,improve clinic cure rate and offer a reference for prevention and cure of common diseased among the multitude . Medical records of the death cases in our hospital internal medicine from January in 1981 to December in 1998 are collected. The results show that the case fatality rate decline from 9 66% in 1981 to 2 66% in 1998,average 3 87%. In 1980s the order of death causes in the first five places are cardiovascular disease,respiratory system diseases,malignant tumor,cerebravascular diseases and digestive system diseases. In 1990s they are malignant tumor,cardiovascular disease,respiratory system diseases ,cardiovascular diseases and digestive system disease. There are significant difference in comparison with 1980s and 1990s. The case fatality rate of the malignant tumor is located the first in 1990s . So we emphasize to make general survey of physique at regular intervals,supervise well the precancerous diseases,increase the find rate of the early cancer,strengthen the prevention and cure of the cardiovascular,cerebralvascular diseases,control,hypertension at an early date,hyperlipemia,diabetes,and enhance subsistence rate.
