腹腔镜下子宫颈癌根治术治疗早期宫颈癌的疗效分析

目的 观察腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术治疗早期宫颈癌的临床疗效.方法 以67例早期宫颈癌患者为研究对象,将其随机分为腹腔镜组34例和开腹组33例,所有患者均行全子宫切除术及盆腔淋巴结清扫术.比较两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、盆腔淋巴结清扫术、术后肛门排气时间、术后住院时间和并发症等情况.结果 腹腔镜组术中出血量、术中盆腔淋巴结清扫术、术后肛门排气时间、术后住院时间及并发症发生率等指标均明显优于开腹组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);腹腔镜组手术时间明显长于开腹组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 腹腔镜下子宫颈癌根治术能完全达到开腹手术的要求,手术创伤小、恢复快、并发症少,临床疗效明显优于开腹手术,是治疗早期宫颈癌的理想术式.

Clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery on early stage cervical carcinoma

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery on early stage cervical carcinoma.Methods 67 patients with early cervical cancer who were divided into laparoscopy group(34 cases) and laparotomy group(33 cases),all of the patients were given extensive hysterectomy and pelvic lymph node dissection.The patients of two groups were observed with operation time,blood loss,number of pelvic lymph node resection,anal exhaust time,postoperative hospital stay and complications,etc.Results Blood loss,pelvic lymph node excision,anal discharge,postoperative hospital stay and complication rate of the laparoscopy group were all better than those of the laparotomy group,and there were significant diffenences (all P<0.05).But in the laparoscopy group,the operative time was longer than the laparotomy group with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic extensive hysterectomy and pelvy lymph node dissection can fully meet the requirements of laparotomy,minor trauma,rapid recovery,clinical efficacy is superior to laparotomy surgery,laparoscopic is an ideal method for the treatment of early cervical cancer.
