摘    要:目的 探索急危重症护理学课程结构与内容的改革方法,使急救护理知识与技能适应临床需求,满足临床对高技术型紧缺专业人才的需求.方法 增加实践教学比例,通过多种实践教学方法及模拟案例情景实训方法,增加学生学习兴趣,提高实践动手能力.结果 实践教学改革有利于学生理论知识与急救技能的结合.结论 实践教学改革缩短了学生向专业护士转化的过渡期,符合培养高技术型护理人才的总体培养目标.

Abstract:Objective To explore the reform methods of course structure and contents of the intensive nursing.Methods Through raising the ratio of practical teaching,and applying kinds of practical teaching methods and simulated case training methods to increase the students’ interest of study and improve their practical abilities.Results It was favorable for combination of the students’ theoretical knowledge and first aid skills.Conclusion Practical teaching reforms shorten the transition period of the students turning to nurses,and meet the target of training high-tech type nursing talents.
