MMP-9和E-cadherin在胃癌中的表达

目的研究MMP-9和E—cadherin在胃癌中的表达，探索胃癌侵袭与转移的分子基础和可能机制。方法采用免疫组化技术检测99例胃癌，16例癌周黏膜石蜡切片标本中MMP-9和E-cadherin表达情况。结果MMP-9表达与Laureffs分型、Borrmanffs分型、浸润深度和肿瘤TNM分期有关；E-cadherin表达与肿瘤细胞分化、Laureffs分型和Borrmann＇s分型有关；在癌与癌周非癌黏膜间E-cadherirL和MMP-9表达的差别具有统计学意义；而且E-cadherin与MMP-9之间存在负相关关系；结论随着肿瘤的演进和异质化，MMP-9和E-cadherin的异常表达率相应逐渐增加，这提示它们在胃癌演进过程中起着关键作用；而且，这两种因素间的互相作用更加速了肿瘤演进过程。

The expression of MMP-9 and E-cadherin in gastric carcinoma

Objective: To investigate the expression of MMP-9 and E-cadherin in gastric carcinoma and to explore the molecular basis and mechanism of invasion and metastasis.Methods: Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions for MMP-9 and E-cadherin in 99 cases of gastric carcinoma and 16 cases of adjacent noncancerous mucosa.Results: The expression of MMP-9 was significantly correlated with Lauren's classification,Borrmann's classification and TNM stage,and the expression of E-cadherin with tumor cell differentiation,Lauren's classification and Borrmann's classification.There was significant correlation between E-cadherin or MMP-9 and the depth of invasion.And there was a significant difference between carcinoma and noncarcinoma when MMP-9 and E-cadherin were analyzed.Conclusion: With the developing tumor progression and heterogeneity,the abnormal expressions of MMP-9 and E-cadherin also gradually increase,suggesting that they play a crucial role in gastric carcinoma progression.Furthermore,the factors influence one another,and further accelerates the process of tumor progression.
