摘    要:目的:研究骶神经前根电刺激对脊髓损伤后兔膀胱逼尿肌SP能神经分布及膀胱功能的影响.方法:对正常组、损伤对照组及损伤后电刺激组动物行膀胱尿流动力检测后,进行免疫组织化学染色比较膀胱逼尿肌内SP能神经纤维的分布.结果:同正常组相比,损伤对照组动物的最大膀胱容量与膀胱顺应性明显下降,膀胱逼尿肌内SP能神经纤维数量明显增加;较损伤对照组、损伤后电刺激组动物的上述尿流动力指标值显著增加,膀胱逼尿肌内SP能神经纤维数量下降.结论:骶神经前根电刺激可部分逆转因脊髓损伤所致的平滑肌SP能神经分布增加,明显改善膀胱功能.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of sacral nerve anterior root stimulation on functions of the urinary bladder and distribution of the substance peptidergic(SP) fibers within the detrusor of bladder.Methods: Urine dynamics of bladder was evaluated among the normal,lesion only and lesion plus electric stimulation groups.The distribution of SP fibers within the detrusor of bladder was also compared among the three groups by immunohistochemistrical staining.Results: Compared to the normal,lesion only animals showed obvious decreases of maximum bladder capacity and bladder compliance and an obvious increase of SP fibers number within the detrusor of bladder.These indexes partially returned to the normal level in the lesion plus electric stimulation group.Conclusion: Sacral nerve anterior root stimulation significantly reverses the increase of SP nerves induced by the spinal injury and improves the bladder function.
