| 摘 要： | 结合大学生职业生涯规划的开展情况，分析我国高等医学院校大学生职业生涯规划教育的现状及存在的问题，建立、健全大学生职业生涯规划教育体制：树立正确的职业生涯规划教育理念；加快职业生涯规划教育课程体系的建设；完善职业生涯规划教育测评体系；加强大学生职业生涯规划教育师资队伍建设等。将大学生职业生涯规划教育作为高等医学院校的一项系统工程，将对大学生今后的就业及发展产生深远的影响。

| Abstract: | According to the development of the career planning education in medical college,this paper analyzes the current situation and the problem of the career planning education to establish and refine the system of the career planning education in medical college, for example, setting correct thinking of the education, speeding up the building of the course system, refining the system of the evaluation, strengthening the establishment of the teaching team, etc. Regarding the education as an engineering project will have a great effect on the employment and the development of the college students. |
