| 摘 要： | 目的检测胰腺癌患者外周血清中IL-2、sIL-2R、IL-6、IL-8水平,探讨其与胰腺癌之间的关系。方法采用ELASA法分别检测30名胰腺癌患者外周血清中的IL-2、sIL-2R、IL-6、IL-8水平,并与30名健康人群进行对照比较。结果胰腺癌患者外周血清中sIL-2RIL-6IL-8水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),而IL-2水平则明显下降(P<0.05)。结论上述研究结果表明胰腺癌患者机体免疫功能紊乱,体内淋巴因子网络失衡。IL-2水平降低,sIL-2R、IL-6、IL-8水平升高现象与胰腺癌有密切关系。

| Abstract: | Purpose Examine serum level of IL-2 sIL-2R IL-6 IL-8 in the pancreas cancer patients,Inquiry into the relation between the results and pancreas cancer patients. Method Use ELASA method to determine serum IL-2 sIL-2R IL-6 IL-8 in 30 pancreases cancer patients. 30 healthy people were control group. Results The levels of sIL-2R IL-6 IL-8 were obviously high in normal control group. (P<0.05), but the levels IL-2s then descend obviously.(P<0.05) .Conclusion The results expresses the pancreas cancer sufferer the machine body immunity function mess,the lymphoid factor network inside the body be out of balance. The levels IL-2 was lower, the increase levels of sIL-2R IL-6 IL-8 were relative with pancreas cancer. |
