| 摘 要： | 目的：为胭绳肌腱结嵌压固定法重建交叉韧带提供组织学实验依据。方法：以山羊为模型，采用肌腱结嵌压固定重建前交叉韧带。术后4、8、12、16和24周取材，进行组织学评估。结果：术后形成的压力型止点结构致密，随时间推移逐渐成熟牢固。结论：嵌压固定腱骨止点的形成有利于移植肌腱的韧带化过程。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the histological outcome of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction(ACLR) with tendon-knots autograft implant fixation.Methods: Goats were chosen as the animal models.Tendon-knots were press-fitted in the bottleneck-like femoral tunnel as the autografts.Animals were killed at 4,8,12,16,and 24 weeks postoperatively for histological investigation.Results: Histological studies showed incorporation between bone tunnel and tendon-knot graft became dense and mature 12 weeks after the o... |
