不同呼吸道管理方法用于单肺通气的效果观察

目的探讨不同呼吸道管理方法用于单肺通气的效果。方法 100例胸科手术病人随机分为2组,分别进行双腔支气管导管插管和Univent支气管阻塞器导管插管,用统计学方法进行分析。结果 双腔支气管导管插管组右侧总插管成功率和一次插管成功率显著高于左侧(P<0.05),Univent支气管阻塞器导管组总插管成功率、一次插管成功率和双肺隔离的效果显著高于双腔支气管插管组(P<0.05)。结论熟悉各种导管的特点,并做出恰当的选择,是单肺通气成功的关键因素之一。

The effect observation of different methods of respirator management used in one lung ventilation

Objective To study the effect of different melhods of respiratory management used in one lung ventilation.Methods 100 patients scheduled for thoracic surgery were randomly divided into two groups,and intubated with double lumen endobronchjal tuble or Univent ruble.Results The total and the first successful rate in right is higher than left during intubated with double lumen endobron-chial ruble (P<0.05).The total and the first successful rate,the effect of separation of the two lungs during intubated with Uinivent tube is higher than with double lumen endobronchial tuble (P<0.05).Conclusion To know the characteristic of various tuble and make an appropriate selection is the crucial factor of successs in one lung ventilation.
