| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨墓头回提取液对小鼠宫颈癌U14细胞株体外生长的影响。方法:以不同药物浓度和不同时间作用于宫颈癌U14细胞株后,采用MTT法检测其对细胞增殖的影响,并通过倒置显微镜观察细胞形态学变化。结果:墓头回提取液对宫颈癌U14细胞有一定的抑制作用,其抑制率与药物浓度、作用时间有关系;倒置显微镜观察细胞胞体变长,颗粒感增强,细胞浆减少,细胞质减少,细胞脱落呈悬浮状,可见细胞碎片。结论:墓头回提取液可抑制小鼠宫颈癌U14细胞株的增殖。

Experimental research on inhibitive effect of diversifolious patrinia root extracts on U14 cell line of cervical cancer in rats |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the inhibitive effect of diversifolious patrinia root extracts on U14 cell line of cervical cancer in rats in vitro.Methods:After dealed with different medicine density and the different time,the proliferation of cervical cancer U14 cell line was detected by MTT method, cytomorphology change was observed under inverted microscope.Results:The diversifolious patrinia root extracts suppressed the proliferation of U14 cell line of cervical cancer, the inhibition rate was related to medicine density and time; granular sensation of cells strengthened, the cytoplasm and cytoplasma reduced, the falled off cell assumed suspended shape,cell fragments are obvious.Conclusion:The diversifolious patrinia root extracts may suppress the proliferation of U14 cell line of cervical cancer in rats. |
