羊水过少对新生儿行为神经测定的影响

目的:了解羊水过少对新生儿行为能力的影响,及早发现轻微脑损伤,以便早期干预,防治伤残。方法:对71例羊水过少的足月新生儿进行新生儿20项行为神经能力测定(NBNA)。结果:羊水过少新生儿与正常新生儿出生3～7天和12～14天20项NBNA评分对照,有显著差异(P<0.01),生后26～28天复测与正常新生儿比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:羊水过少影响新生儿行为神经能力测定,应及早发现羊水过少,及时处理,降低围产儿的脑损伤。

Effect on the excessive lack of amniotic fluid on neurological behavior ability of infants

Objective:To explore the effect on neurological behavior ability of infants by the excessive lack of amniotic fluid,find the slight brain damage as soon as possible to interfere early and prevent disability and cure.Methods:71 nature infants with the excessive lack of amniotic fluid acceptied NBNA for 20 items.Results:Compared with normal infants for 3～7 days and 12～14 days after birth,the difference of the 20 items NBNA for the infants lacked of amaiotic fluid excessively was significant (P<0.01).Between 26~28 days after birth,the difference of the 20 items NBNA was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The excessive lack of amniotic fluid effected NBNA of infants. The excessive lack of amniotic fluid should be found in time and treated without delay to reduce the brain damage of perinatal.
