| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨热性惊厥患儿的血清胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平和临床意义。方法:用放免法检测10例热性惊厥患儿和对照组20例健康儿童的血清IGF-1水平。结果:热性惊厥患儿的血清IGF-1水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:热性惊厥患儿急性期血清IGF-1升高,证明存在中枢神经细胞损伤。

Changes of insulin like growth factor - 1 level in serum in children with febrile convulsion |

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the level of insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in serum and its significance in children with febrile convulsion.Methods:The levels of IGF-1 in serum from 20 children with febrile convulsion and 20 healthy children were detected by radioimmunoassay.Results:The level of IGF-1 in serum of children with febrile convulsion was higher than that of healthy children(P<0.01).Conclusion:The high level of IGF-1 in serum in acute stage of febrile convulsion indicates the damage of nerve cells of central nervous system in children. |
