胎儿肠管强回声与胎儿异常的相关性分析

目的:分析胎儿肠管回声增强与胎儿异常的关系,探讨其临床价值。方法:对62例产前超声检查发现胎儿肠管强回声的孕妇进行追踪,分析其妊娠发展及转归。结果:62例肠管强回声胎儿中有10例胎儿妊娠结局有不同程度的异常,其中因合并其他结构畸形或染色体检查异常引产者4例,早产1例,胎儿宫内生长迟缓2例,发展为肠管异常扩张2例,胎儿感染性腹膜炎1例。另52例胎儿出生正常。结论:胎儿肠管强回声与诸多胎儿异常关系密切,应引起超声医师重视,并注意密切追踪随访,以有效指导临床。

Analysis on the correlation between dense echo of fetal intestinal canal and fetal abnormities

Objective:To analyse the dense echo of fetal intestinal canal and fetal abnormities,evaluate the clinical value.Methods:62 pregnant women whose fetuses were with dense echo of fetal intestinal were followed up,the pregnant outcomes were analysed.Results:Among 62 fetuses,10 fetuses had different degrees of abnormities,including 4 fetuses of malformation or chromosome abnormities,1 fetus of premature delivery,2 fetuses of intrauterine growth restriction,2 fetuses developing into abnormal dilatation of intestine,1 fetus of infectious peritonitis,the other fetuses were normal.Conclusion:Dense echo of fetal intestinal canal is related to fetal abnormities,which should be much accounted of sonographers.
